A born and raised Montanan, I grew up on twenty acres of pine trees and wildflowers, alongside a flock of ducks that kept the bug population down but made the lawn unfriendly to bare feet. I’m a fan of beauty; I find old brick buildings, the color turquoise, red nail polish and hard wood floors particularly lovely.
I’ve recently come to think of myself as not just a photographer, but an artist and a visual storyteller. I love photographing interaction – be that parent and child or a flirtatious couple. I’m told I have a knack for putting people at ease, and I strive for a natural and candid feel throughout my work.
